  Data Standards and Terminologies Masterclass

  The Department of Health has awarded a grant to the Yorkshire Centre for Health Informatics with the remit “"Ensuring that current and future professionals within the NHS are sufficiently informed and educated in the terminologies and products of the DH Informatics Directorate's Data Standards & Products team."
  
  PRIMIS+ will be hosting a session about its work and discussing how training in data quality and information management is pivotal to data standards.
  
  The masterclass is open to both NHS health professionals and academics who are involved in teaching clinical standards or people working in industry who work in clinical standards.
  
  The event is free of charge and delegates will be provided with lunch.
  If you would like to register for the masterclass please e-mail Mark Hawker (M.D.Hawker@leeds.ac.uk) by Wednesday, 24th February. Successful candidates will be e-mailed by Friday, 26th February to confirm their acceptance. There are a limited number of parking spaces available for those who are travelling by car that will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (please request this when registering for the event).
